Can I cancel at anytime?
Memberships can be suspended or canceled at anytime with 30 days written notice to [email protected]
What if I don't use my 2 refills in a month?
If you do not use any of your refills during the month. No worries!! You will receive a credit on your account that you may use towards other Masha Lash services. Unused credits expire after 6 months and are non-transferable.
I never had lashes. What if I need a full set?
Our LashPass founding members enjoy $50.00 off Full Sets! We would highly recommend subscribing to LashPass prior to booking your full set to save $50.00 off your full set.
I am a transfer client from another lash studio or artist?
Excellent - the best thing to do would be to purchase your LashPass - then book a 90-minute transfer client fill with any of our artists. LashPass members save 10% on transfer client fills and your LashPass membership should cover most of the 90-minute fill cost.

Where is Masha Lash - Grand Rapids located?
3090 28th St SE, Suite C, Kentwood MI 49512. We are centrally located at 28th & radcliff se. Right next to Whole Foods Market and across the street from Woodland Mall. Next to Grand Nail Spa.
How does billing work?
Billing for your LashPass will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month
Is the founder's membership deal only if you go to the Grand Rapids location? Or can we buy founders pass and use it at the Byron center location?
You can use any LashPass membership at any Masha Lash location. However you can not use your founding membership at the Byron Center location before January 3rd.
If I purchase the monthly rate thing for $109, will that start charging January 1st? Since that's when your kentwood location opens? Or will I be charged for November and December even though I can't use it yet?
Correct! Your first payment will be charged January 1st for $108.00 and will cover your January refills. Your next payment will be for $109.00 on February 1st and will cover Febuary fills. Future LashPass billing will always process on the 1st of every month.
What does a full set/first time cost? I've never had lashes before so I'm not sure what to expect.
Our full sets for new clients range from $99.00-$170.00 depending on what level artist you choose to see. They are all awesome tho ;)
How often do you typically need to have them filled? What is the charge for fills of you don't do the membership?
We recommend you come in 2x a month. Refill pricing ranges from $68.00-$80.00 per fill for non-members. So you can see why the LashPass membership is so popular.
