LashPass Policy

All LashPass billing is processed on the 1st of every month.

Memberships include 2 refills per month of either classic, hybrid or volume eyelash extensions.. Members are permitted to upgrade to a different application type at an appointment for an additional fee paid at the time of service. LashPass Membership fees cannot be redeemed for other services offered at Masha Lash; however, members do receive a 10% discount on products and any other services or upgrades with fees paid at the time of service.

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice to [email protected] and may carry over their credits for an additional 60 days following cancellation.

Salon of membership origin determines membership pricing and canceled memberships cannot be renewed as “founding memberships” at a different salon.

Memberships can be frozen for $20.00 per month.

Any no call no show for a LashPass refill is subject to Masha Lash’s regular cancellation policy.

Client further agrees that he/she shall not solicit any current or past employee of Masha Lash LLC to provide services for yourself or for the benefit of others outside of any salon owned by Masha Lash LLC for a period of 12 months from the last date of service. Client recognizes and agrees that in the event of any actual or threatened breach of any provision of the non-solicitation part of this Agreement by customer, the Company's remedies at law shall be inadequate and Company will suffer irreparable harm. Accordingly, you agree that in such event, the Company shall be entitled to the remedies of specific performance and injunctive relief without the need for Company to demonstrate irreparable harm. This remedy is in addition to any and all other remedies and rights Company may have for such breach at law or in equity.
