Membership(s) include two (2) discounted refills per month, a ten percent (10%) discount on retail (Lash Bath, Brushes, Shirts, etc.), and a ten percent (10%) discount on additional services. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member. In the event a Member misses their refill(s) for any reason, Membership fees may be converted to an account credit. Refill credits expire six (6) months after issuance. LashPass refills cover classic, hybrid, and volume lash styles.

If payment does not process successfully, the Membership will automatically become inactive until payment is made. Any lost time that results from payment processing failures will not be reimbursed or credited. Membership fees cannot be prorated.

Any LashPass or LashPass-VIP can be used at any Masha Lash location. LashPass may be used with any Masha Lash artist (Level 1-4), and LashPass-VIP may be used with any Masha Lash Master Artist (Level 5).


LashPass refills are designed to be used for sixty-minute (60) LashPass refills approximately every two (2) weeks. We require that there be a minimum of fifty percent (50%) to sixty percent (60%) of lashes when the Member arrives for their appointment if booking for sixty-minute (60) LashPass refills. In the event a Member arrives with less than fifty percent (50%) to sixty percent (60%) of extension coverage left, we may require the Member to rebook a different appointment duration so we can get the Member back to eighty percent (80%) to ninety percent (90%) coverage. The Member may use their LashPass credits towards any other longer-duration service in the event they become off-schedule and need to get back on track, as assessed at the discretion of the artist for their scheduled appointment.


Any no-call no show for a LashPass refill is subject to Masha Lash's regular cancellation policy. In the event of a no call no show, we will void a credit. In the event of a late cancellation, we will void fifty percent (50%) of one (1) refill credit.


All LashPass billing is processed on the first (1st) of every month. If a Member signs up after the fifth (5th) day of the current month, their LashPass™ subscription will start on the first (1st) of the following month. (Example: If a Member signs up August 6th, their next billing date will be October 1st and their September refills will be covered by their August 6th payment.) Membership payments are only processed via credit or debit card on file.


The Founding Membership activates the day of the grand opening once the home location is open. Founding Members cannot use their Membership at other locations before their home location opens, which is the location where they purchased their Membership. Because Founding Members put one dollar ($1) down as a deposit, their first (1st) LashPass payment will automatically process on the day of the grand opening to the card used to secure the Founding Membership.


Members may not freeze their Membership; however, unused refill credits are able to be converted to account credits and may be used for any service at any Masha Lash location.


Members may request to cancel their Membership at any time by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to [email protected]. We will process the cancellation once the email has been submitted. Cancellations are not processed in-store. Members may carry over their credits for an additional sixty (60) days following cancellation.


Members will automatically be charged any bank fee imposed on MASHA LASH, plus a processing fee of up to fifty dollars ($50), for any returned payment due to closed accounts, insufficient funds, or other reasons. If this occurs, MASHA LASH retains the right to collect the current and past due balances in any month after the returned payment. In the event that a Member initiates a credit card dispute that is subsequently resolved in MASHA LASH's favor, MASHA LASH shall have the right to charge the Member or Participant up to fifty dollars ($50) per occurrence. Members or Participants who dispute a valid charge for a late cancellation or no-show will be subject to this fifty dollar ($50) fee.


MASHA LASH reserves the right to cancel a Member's Membership at any time with immediate effect if the Member is found to be in breach of the terms of their Membership. All Members are expected to treat our employees, other clients, and visitors with the utmost respect and dignity while at our MASHA LASH locations. Any breach of this policy may also cause a termination of a Member's Membership.


Given the ever-changing economic environment and rampant inflation happening in the world, MASHA LASH reserves the right to increase our LashPass Membership in the future. MASHA LASH will notify Members in writing sixty (60) days prior to any planned price increase. At that time, the Member will be able to continue their Membership at the new rate or may cancel their Membership with thirty (30) days' written notice to [email protected] in the event they do not wish to continue their Membership at the new increased rate.


The Member further agrees that he/she shall not solicit any current or past employee of Masha Lash LLC to provide services for themselves or for the benefit of others outside of any salon owned by Masha Lash LLC for a period of twelve (12) months from the last date of service. The Member recognizes and agrees that in the event of any actual or threatened breach of any provision of the non-solicitation part of this Agreement by the Member, the Company's remedies at law shall be inadequate and the Company will suffer irreparable harm. Accordingly, the Member agrees that in such an event, the Company shall be entitled to the remedies of specific performance and injunctive relief without the need for the Company to demonstrate irreparable harm. This remedy is in addition to any and all other remedies and rights the Company may have for such breach at law or in equity.


To qualify for and receive any promotion and/or credit (collectively "Offer(s)"), the Member must meet the requirements indicated, as applicable, in the Offer. The Member must have a valid MASHA LASH account with a valid form of accepted payment on file to take advantage of an Offer. For Offers available to new customers or new Members only, as applicable, customers will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the Offer if MASHA LASH has a record of their name, email, phone number, or credit card having been used for a prior MASHA LASH purchase of a product or service, or being linked to an existing active or inactive MASHA LASH account or otherwise suspected of fraudulent activity. Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated. Terms of Offers are subject to change by MASHA LASH at any time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an Offer at any time. Offers shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law
